Because we're a business owned & operated by a small family (and since all of our products are made-to-order & printed fresh in the US), it can take around 2 - 7 days for your order to ship out.

Fulfillment times are typically determined by which items you order and how many items you order from us, and it can also be affected by holidays.

However, we'll try to ship your order out ASAP! Our store processes purchases instantly, so once we get your payment, we'll get started on fulfilling your item(s) within 24 hours.

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

We have a flat-rate shipping fee of $3.99 on all orders below $75.

However, if you spend over $75 in one order, our shipping is completely free!

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped out, your package should arrive within 1 - 8 business days.

Our shipping times mostly depend on your location but can also be affected by the size of your order (since we use different couriers and shipping options based on the size of your order).

The best way to track your order is to check the shipping email we send you once your order has shipped out.

If you're unable to find that email or if it was never sent to you, please email us using the contact form here and we'll personally send you your tracking number.

Unfortunately, we currently don't have a page where you can enter in your order number to track your package yet, but we're working on it and will have it up and running soon!

First, please check your email inbox by typing "House of Patriots" into your email system's search bar.

If no shipping or confirmation emails show up, then please check your spam folder to see if our emails ended up there.

If you STILL can't find the emails, then please contact us using the form here and we'll either resend you the necessary emails or we'll just email you the details of your order.

We're located in the good ol' US of A! More specifically, we're currently located in the state of Washington.

However, we're currently working with multiple partners across the country to help us create & ship orders. Our parnters are located in California, Michigan, North Carolina & Florida (and we're trying to get our own warehouse soon), so these locations are where your order will ship from.

Ideally, we'd like your order to ship from the closest partner warehouse we have available, but unfortunately, some designs and garments are made in different warehouses, so even if one of our partners are in the same state as you, it's possible it may be shipped from a completely different warehouse.

Of course we do! Would we really be able to consider ourselves patriots if we couldn't even ship our products out to our troops?
Yes, we do! Unfortunately, our international shipping is more expensive ($20 flat-rate fee), and it takes much longer than domestic shipping.

Because all of our items are made-to-order and printed fresh, your order can take a little while to arrive.

Plus, we're a small business owned & operated by a small family, so we just don't have the means to compete with businesses like Amazon or Walmart (in terms of fulfillment & shipping speed).

Also, your order may face slight delays during holidays or times where we get an incredible amount of demand for specific products. However, we're always working hard to get your items to you ASAP!

We use USPS and Fedex for all our orders. The courier we use mostly depends on the size of the order in question, but please keep in mind that Fedex does NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Sometimes we need to ship your order out in separate packages so we can get your items to you as quick as possible. Since all of our products are made-to-order, when there's a high demand or large amount of orders for a specific product, it can take a little longer to have that item shipped out to our customers. So if you order a product with less demand along with this high demand item, the product with less demand will be sent first and the more popular item will then come at a later date.

Another instance where we'll need to ship items separately is if you order 2 products that are both made/printed at different warehouses. Since we have a handful of partners across the country who help us make/print specific products, if you order 2 items that are located at 2 different partners' locations, then your order will come in separate packages.

Please send us a message using the contact form here ASAP! The sooner we get your message regarding your wrong address, the sooner we can fix it for you.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your address once the package has already been shipped, so please contact us ASAP!

It's possible that sometimes when using our auto-fill option during the checkout page, it'll enter in the incorrect address for you. If this is the case, and if you weren't able to catch the mistake until AFTER it's been delivered, then please contact us with your correct address and we'll ship out another package to you!

You can return your purchase within 365 days to get a full 100% refund. The item does not have to be in perfect condition. It can be new, used, torn, or even shredded to pieces. Your satisfaction means everything to us.

If you purchased using PayPal, then your money should be credited back into your account instantly. If you paid using any other payment method, then please allow a few business days for your money to show up.

SHIPPING

We're not like other businesses that advertise on Facebook... we're not based in China and we don't use pigeon carriers or the Pony Express!

All of our items are made-to-order and shipped from the good ol' USA. We have partner warehouses in various states such as: California, Michigan, North Carolina & Florida, so these locations are where your order will ship from. However, we produce different designs and garments at different locations, so just because you're in the same state as one of our warehouses doesn't mean your package will be shipped from there.

Production of your item(s) can take anywhere from 2 - 7 days depending on the size of your order, and shipping only takes about 1 - 8 business days once your package has been sent out. You'll also receive a tracking number at the same time your package is sent out, so you'll know where your package is at every step of the way.

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 on all orders below $75, and all orders OVER $75 are eligible for FREE US shipping. We use USPS and FedEx to ship out all our orders, and we deliver to APO/FPO addresses but NOT to PO boxes.

International orders have a flat rate fee of $20, and shipping takes much longer (unfortunately, because there are so many countries out there, we can't give you an exact estimate on when your order will arrive).

Please keep in mind that shipping times vary depending on location, size of order, and upcoming holidays. We try to get all of our items shipped to our customers as quick as possible, but because we're a small family, there's only so much demand we can handle on our own (hence why we've partnered up with multiple warehouses across the country).

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you can return your item within 365 days to get a full 100% refund. It can be new, used, torn, or even shredded to pieces. It doesn’t matter to us. Just send it right back and we'll refund you every single American penny, INCLUDING the shipping cost.

All items are eligible for returns. Plus, we'll even put up our own money to match the portion of the proceeds that have gone to the Semper Fi Fund (from that specific item). So, not only will you be getting all your money back, but we'll even donate the amount that should have gone to this charity out of our own pockets. In essence, you'll be helping out a veteran even if you decide to get a refund!

REPLACEMENTS

If you decide to keep your item past the 365 days, you'll no longer be able to return your item for a refund... HOWEVER, you'll still be entitled to our LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Basically, whether you get your clothes banged up from kicking terrorist ass, or simply get a beer stain on it, we’ve got you covered for life. Just send the item right back to us, and we’ll send you a new replacement for no added cost, with no questions asked (but feel free to tell us any awesome stories!).

If the design is no longer available in our store, then you can get an item of equal or lesser value instead.

ALL ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENTS. Also, the extent of the damage doesn't matter either. If all you have is a piece of a sleeve left after defending yourself from a group of deranged liberals, then that's okay with us. Just send that sleeve back and we'll send you a replacement right away.
